Everything from those whose youth ministry is going smooth to the fiercely frustrated. Here are a couple of reminders about ministry...
1. Like Life Youth Ministry is Seasonal. There will be times when you feel overwhelmed and times when the blessings seem to overflow. We have to keep sharing the word regardless of the season (2 Tim. 4:2).
2. We Keep Planting and God Keeps Producing. The pressure to "succeed" is enormous since we know we can impact these teens in just a few short years. However, we are merely servants. Just planting and watering - God gives the increase (1 Cor. 3:5-9).
It's an awesome blessing and responsibility to be part of this kingdom work.
