Thank You Al and Paul. I simply looooove your hard work and
dedication to the youth all over the country. It makes my job so
much easier in preparing an age appropriate lesson for our youth
and mostly grabbing their interest and attention. May God richly
bless you in all your endeavors as you advance the Kingdom of God.

Jesus Christ Church in East Chicago, Indiana. Minister Lisa http://budurl.com/thezone

Ex. 18:21 But select capable men from all the people--men who fear
God, trustworthy men who hate dishonest gain--and appoint them as
officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens. 22 Have them
serve as judges for the people at all times, but have them bring
every difficult case to you; the simple cases they can decide
themselves. That will make your load lighter, because they will
share it with you. 23 If you do this and God so commands, you will
be able to stand the strain, and all these people will go home
satisfied."
How do we continue when the load seems too heavy? We choose wisely.
You are capable, fear God, trustworthy, hate dishonest gain and
sharing the load.
That's the starting point. How "hard" or strenuous, tense,
drama-filled ministry is actually begins with you. It begins with
me. The type of people we are can predetermine the outcome.
Second, sharing the load as needed takes away the burden. However,
no one can help you if they do not know about the problem or issue.
Let's be open to share challenges without complaining or whining.
Let's encourage, build up and be positive as we help each other do
our best.
Finally, "all these people will go home satisfied." I believe when
we work together we all get to go home satisfied. Sure the day may
have been tough. The situation difficult. But as a team we stay
strong. We realize that working together more is accomplished, and
in a better way.
There's never a reason to do youth ministry alone!
